Arrival Procedures:
On arrival at the car park please approach the security barrier with your booking reference available for verification by the security staff. You will be instructed where to park your car and given full instructions relating to your return to the car park. Park your car and proceed to check in at reception. Please note: customers may be asked to leave their keys during busy periods.
The courtesy bus will drop you at the transport interchange, which is a short walk away under a covered walkway to the terminals.
Please note:
Customers traveling from terminal 3 have a slightly longer walk. Our courtesy buses operate regularly 24 hours a day. Please ensure sufficient time is allowed for your journey to the airport.
Departure Procedures:
Upon your arrival you will be presented with a unique receipt when you check-in your vehicle with an Airparks member of staff. This will include full details of your departure procedures and collection of your vehicle.
Once you have cleared departures please call the car park to confirm your arrival on 0161 436 3691.
Terminal 1
Take the lift from the terminal back up to Level 12 and the chauffeur will return your vehicle to you by the lift doors.
Terminal 2
Make your way out of the departure doors and cross to lane 3. The chaffeur will return your vehcilce to you outside of the Budget
Car Rental offices.
Terminal 3
Make your way out of the departure doors and cross over to the car rental offices. Make your way through the doors into the Multi
Storey car park and our chauffeur will return your vehicle to you there.

A uniformed member of staff will meet you at your departure terminal and park your vehicle for you in a secure compound for the duration of your booking. All Airparks staff are fully insured in driving your vehicle.
The chauffeur will be at the airport 15 minutes before your designated arrival time and will wait 15 minutes after your arrival time. If you are running early or late please call: 0161 436 3691 as soon as possible and we will endevour to get a chauffeur to you on your arrival. Your driver will be wearing an Airparks jacket with nametag and will be looking out for your vehicle.
