Shortest queues at Gatwick

Passengers have rated Gatwick Airport as the best out of the busiest 10 airports in Europe for waiting times at security. This result is part of the largest and most reputable survey of passengers in the world, which carried out every quarter by the global trade body Airports Council International (ACI).

ACI's passenger survey is translated into a number of different languages to enable feedback from around the world. Passengers are asked to score airports in 35 different categories, in a range of different service factors. Gatwick benchmarks its operations against the 10 busiest airports in Europe – Schiphol in Amsterdam, Paris Charles De Gaulle and Paris Orly, Copenhagen, Madrid, Rome, Frankfurt, Manchester, and Heathrow.
