A more frequent shuttle bus, perhaps every 10 or 15 minutes rather than 20 would earn the 10, rather than the 9.

Good service in actual car park. Staff polite and fast. However, the scramble at the bus stop at the airport building was not good. More signs are needed and having people for all the different car parks in the same queue is madness.

We waited a long time for the courtesy bus and when it arrived, it became extremely difficult to get on. We were standing in the cold for about 30 minutes. I will not use Airparks again!

We can't be the only people to depart from South T. and return to North T. Buses from south parking to both terminals would be helpful. Dragging bags up and down ramps to and from the shuttle train isn't fun. However, the efficiency of entrance and exit, having pre-paid, was excellent.

On our return we had to go to reception to get our ticket validated as machine not working on arrival. Reception spent a long time trying to locate our booking, trying emails, our names, address etc but weren't able to as we hadn't been entered on their system, even though we had paid our money. The receptionist asked us if we had our paperwork with us but unfortunately we couldn't find it at that time. Eventually we were able to find our paperwork and they could see that we had paid so were able to let us through. This caused us a lot of stress at the end of our holiday, all we wanted to do was get home and we wasted 40 mins hanging around. The car park staff were brilliant in trying to help us even though it wasn't their fault.

The price was competitive and the representatives friendly and professional, but in spite of following the instructions for when to call, we waited for 10-15 minutes at drop-off and about 10 minutes at pick-up for the representative to turn up, which is too long. I would probably book again but would call 10 minutes sooner than recommended to reduce my waiting time.

Arrived a little unsure of the parking and admin procedures and was assisted immediately by a member of staff, who gave clear helpful instructions to make it an easy experience. Buses departed on time and were well driven with polite drivers. The bus arrived back at the point we were dropped off as soon as we got to there. Another seamless transition back into our car which was close-by exactly where we were told it would be. Excellent service, well done!

Excellent experience.
The driving instructions to get there were very clear. The booking-in process was swift. The bus to the airport was clean (and the driver on the way back kindly stopped to pick us up as we were heading towards the bus stop). And very importantly your signage everywhere was very well thought-through and answered all the questions we may have had. We were very impressed.

Very efficient at a very busy time. Arrived in the terminal about 20 minutes after driving in to the car park. Quite a long trek from the drop off point to the departures lounge.
