The customer-friendly car park struck a ground breaking deal
with London Wildlife Trust to allow the previous long stay car park space to be returned to nature.
Directions:
From M25: At junction 15, join the M4 to London. Then follow directions from M4.
From M4: Leave the M4 at J3 and follow the A312 towards Hounslow/Feltham. At the Joll Waggoners roundabout turn right onto A4 (Bath Road) towards Heathrow terminals 1,2 & 3. Q-Park London Heathrow is approx 750yds down the A4 on the left, next door to the Premier Inn hotel.
Actual timings of transfers:
A FREE shuttle operates to and from all terminals every 20 minutes, 24 hours a day, taking approximately 5-10 minutes.

Automatic number plate recognition, CCTV and barriers.
Arrival Procedure:
On arrival please follow the signs for check in and proceed through the car scanner area. You will then be directed into the arrivals area by one of Q-Parks parking hosts. Please take your belongings qut of your car and go to our reception facility to check in and handover your keys in return for your vehicle return voucher. Mileage and petrol checks will be completed on your vehicle before it is moved to the main compound. A courtesy bus will then take you and your passengers to the terminals.
Departure Procedure:
On return when you have cleared customs call 0208 990 1302 giving your name and voucher number. Instrutions will be given informing you of the bus stop number and its location to return to the car park. At the car park your keys will be handed back to you on production of your vehicle return voucher. Your car will be waiting for you in the returns area.
