Arrival Procedures
Please telephone our Customer Services 30 minutes before scheduled arrival time on 07921 232909 or 0191 2144022. Park immediately outside the terminal entrance in our Short Stay Car Park 3 (Fast Track Car Park), just a few metres from the check-in hall, where our chauffeur will be waiting to meet you.
Departure Procedures
On your Return to Newcastle Airport, after collecting your luggage, please telephone 07921 232909. Alternatively, please dial 555 on the white courtesy telephone in baggage reclaim situated near the toilet facilities. Then simply proceed outside the terminal and turn immediately right towards our Short Stay Car Park 3 (Fast Track Car Park), where your car will be waiting for collection.
Directions
From the A1 - join the A696 for Newcastle International Airport. At the A696 Airport roundabout, turn right into the Airport entrance, then turn left and proceed across two roundabouts, following signs for ‘Car Hire Return’. Opposite ‘Car Hire Return’, enter the Short Stay 3 car park (Fast Track Car Park), and proceed to the meeting point to the right, next to the pedestrian ramp.
From Edinburgh, the A68 offers an alternative route onto the A696 for Newcastle Airport.
Security Measures
Whilst you are on holiday your car will be parked on site at Newcastle Airport, in a secure location covered by CCTV and 24 hour surveillance. Your car will be parked in a secure and official on airport car park.
