Drop and Go Car Parks are manned 24 hours a day. The second storage site is a secured compound.
On Arrival
Please telephone 07772 83 77 15 approximately 20mins before your arrival at the terminal to confirm your arrival time. Drive to the Drop Off/Pick Up point in the Short Stay car park where your driver will collect your car; please pass the ticket issued at the barrier to your driver. Your driver will be identified by a board displaying the Drop and Go Parking logo. If your arrival time is going to vary by more then half an hour from your booked time, please call 07772 837715 to ensure your driver will be waiting for you on your arrival.
On return
When you have collected your baggage and cleared customs, please telephone 07772 83 77 15 to advise your driver. Your vehicle will be returned to you at the Drop Off/Pick Up point in the Short Stay car park for immediate departure. If your return date changes we require at least 24hrs notice to ensure we have your vehicle available for your return.
