Volcanic Ash Update

As a result of the latest Icelandic volcanic eruption there is obvious flight disruption across Scotland and the possibility of it spreading to other parts of the UK. Our aim is to keep you updated regularly with information regarding any changes to terms and conditions and anything that we hear of that we feel will be helpful to share with you.
Our standard terms and conditions will apply for airport parking, hotels and lounges. Currently the BAA car parks are offering refunds on all of their products to customers that are affected by the volcano. Customers can cancel their booking and receive a refund minus our standard cancellation fee.
To clarify our charges, these are £9.50 cancellation fee for parking and £15 per hotel room, per night. If the customer has included the cancellation waiver at the time of booking, they will receive a full refund, less the cancellation waiver, which is 99 pence for parking and £2.49 for airport hotels. Full charges will apply if the customer cancels on the day of stay or entry into the car park.
