    The service going out was fine but on return it was over half an hour before the tranport picked us up and that after repeated phone calls. we where left standing outside terminal 1 bus stop 5 in the cold.

    Everything was fine...no problems with parking as the car was pre-registered. Got a little chilly waiting for the bus but the operation was all very smooth.

    Parkwise were full (even though we had booked) and sent us to Long Term Car Park.Although that service was good as well it took slightly longer to get to the terminal and back.

    Good all round except your driver drove off while I was walking across to the waiting bay. I was exactly on time and extremely tired so am disappointed by the collection on demand advertised.

    I booked the parking about a week in advance only to find that 2 days later the price was some £14 cheaper. However, I contacted yourselves and was refunded the original fee and rebooked at the cheaper fee. But, when I returned from my trip and exited I had to pay again - nobody answered the buzzer on 3 attempts and I was tired and already had a flight delay so repaid to get out and home. Again however, when I rang I was refunded the extra payment but it would have been helpful that my booking reference was on my initial ticket on entry to car park. Cannot fault your customer service, just a couple of unnecessary glitches.

    Having used u guys in the past. Park Wise is obviously very unreliable especially office staff. I was left in the cold miserably for an hour instead of 10 mins I was told without having to communicate. The staff said the work load was too much for him alone.
